Job Description
- Contribute to the top organisation strategy, set goals, and oversee implementation. Ensure operations align with budget and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Provide leadership, collaborate with Program Delivery, contribute to budget development, and implement best practice policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance, develop leadership skills, address training needs, and drive Emiratisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional learning and development, either within large, complex organisations or with professional development / accreditation institutions.
- Proven experience in developing professional learning programs and driving innovation.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills with varied stakeholders
