What You Will Be Doing

• Analyzing student performance data through advanced AI algorithms to uncover hidden learning patterns and develop breakthrough educational methodologies that transform scientific understanding.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of AI-enhanced science education solutions that demonstrably double student learning velocity across multiple scientific disciplines (including but not limited to biology, chemistry, physics, and earth sciences) while maintaining deep conceptual understanding at all academic levels.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced qualification in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in science education or curriculum development, with proven track record of improving student learning outcomes
• Fundamental programming skills in any language (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.)
• Practical experience with AI technologies including content generation systems, learning analytics, or adaptive educational platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Outstanding communication abilities, including the skill to translate sophisticated scientific concepts for varied audiences in professional environments

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
