Learning & Development Manager

Required to be a bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience working in a reputable company. The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to meet the learning needs of the organization, facilitate workshops, and deliver presentations effectively. Project management: Manage complex learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
