Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Learning Solutions Manager based out of our Dubai office.

About The Team

The Client and Learner Manager leads our Client and Learner Services Team in the successful delivery of sophisticated client learning programmes and solutions across the world.

The purpose of this role is to oversee and support the delivery of learning solutions, comprising a blend of complex instructor led programs and e-learning based learning. Working with clients and learners directly to deliver excellent experience within agreed timelines whilst managing internal processes, financial and quality controls.


How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Work closely with Client Learning and Development teams to understand learning outcomes and requirements. Define measures of success and demonstrate how those measures have been met
  • Work closely with product, digital learning and content teams to ensure learning platforms and content align with desired learning outcomes and excellent learner experience.
  • Creating project plans and schedules covering all elements of solution delivery and share with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively monitor risks & issues escalating where necessary
  • Manage all elements of learning solution delivery: raising work requests, logistics, learner assessments, access to learning platforms, assessments, feedback, reporting and invoicing.
  • Manage large volumes of queries from clients, learners and stakeholders


You May Be a Good Fit If

  • Previous experience of managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments
  • Experience of designing learning programmes and solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick to act, thinking ahead, mitigating risks before they occur
  • Influencer, able to build relationships with internal teams as well as clients and learners
  • Experience working in fast paced, service led environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

  • Good understanding of learning outcomes and learning management systems: setting measures of success and optimising learner journeys
  • Previous experience in the learning industry and understanding of the local market, competition and macro-economic factors.
