The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for managing lease agreements, with a primary focus on accurate and timely rent processing and compliance with rent control regulations. The role includes coordinating lease-related financial transactions, maintaining thorough records, and ensuring all activities adhere to legal and organizational standards
ROLE PROFILE
- Process and draft rent invoices based on lease terms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and reconcile rent payments, addressing discrepancies and coordinating with landlords to resolve payment issues.
- Ensure timely implementation of lease escalations, adjustments, and renewals by maintaining up-to-date rent schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized lease records, including terms, amendments, and payment histories.
- Responsible for financial management and record keeping of relevant stages of each project.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders by providing relevant and timely information for sound business decisions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal teams, and finance departments to ensure seamless lease execution and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
