Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Officer

Reports To: Leasing Manager / Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Leasing Officer is responsible for managing the leasing process of residential and commercial properties. This includes identifying prospective tenants, showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring smooth lease execution while maintaining high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Promote available properties through various marketing platforms.
• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants.
• Explain leasing terms, property amenities, and community features.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies.
• Prepare leasing documents, contracts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain updated records of leased and available units.
• Conduct tenant background checks and screening.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams for tenant move-ins.
• Follow up on lease renewals, expiries, and tenant retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor leasing activities.
• Provide weekly and monthly leasing reports to management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in leasing or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of leasing practices, laws, and real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
