The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Build lasting relationships with high-value clients and top real estate developers to drive consistent sales growth.
- Guide clients through the leasing and home-buying journey, offering expert, personalized advice to match them with the right property.
- Provide market intelligence by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions.
- Expand the customer base by leveraging your network and securing referrals from satisfied clients.
- Collaborate with your team to consistently meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Residential Leasing Consultants, ensuring they:
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Operate in full compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Maximize adoption of CRM systems and technology tools.
- Stay market-savvy, keeping on top of new developments, property launches, and emerging trends.
- Maintain your own client portfolio and remain an active, high-performing broker in the market.
- Lead, inspire, and coach the team to hit their targets, fostering a culture of performance and growth.
- Proven expertise: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market with strong market knowledge.
- Leadership experience: Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Client excellence: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Driven mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Essential requirements: A valid UAE driving license.
- Market passion: Genuine interest in staying up-to-date with market trends, new developments, and prime property offerings.
- Growth focus: Proactive in seeking referrals, expanding your network, and generating new business opportunities.
- Collaborative spirit: Ability to work seamlessly with colleagues, leveraging collective strengths to deliver exceptional results.
