About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel with 3-4 years of experience in debt fund operations and venture funding deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in closing financing deals and be willing to relocate to the UAE or currently residing in the UAE.
We are looking for a transactional lawyer with financing experience which is now ready to make an impact and take ownership of deals. You will be working with various stakeholders both in-house and externally on various legal matters and love taking initiative.

Responsibilities
- Take the lead on and work with various stakeholders/departments on complex financing transactions (cross-border), partnerships and investment agreements
- Handle legal matters in other related fields such as securities law, corporate governance, financial services regulation and litigation.
- Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including service agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors
- Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels
- Provide general support on other corporate and commercial matters
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in law; a master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel, from a reputable law firm or in-house at an asset management firm in financial services including financing transactions, funds formation or M&A transactions·
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
