Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Personal Assistant to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, counsels, associates, and staff attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resources for a team of legal fee-earners.
  • Take care of administrative functions including answering and screening calls; opening and routing mail as directed; managing files, records, calendars and time records; preparing expense reports
  • Prepare engagement letters, new client/matter memos, and keep records up to date
  • Handle all aspects of document preparation.
  • Work alongside accounting and ensure up-to-date and accurate client billings.
  • Research and make complex travel arrangement for attorneys including assisting with visa requirements

Requirements

  • Experience as a legal PA within a top tier law firm
  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer software programs (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
