Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lending Onboarding Specialist to join our Supply Chain Financing (SCF) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for anchor clients and suppliers on the Wio SCF platform, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anchor Onboarding
    • Lead and manage the onboarding of anchor clients on the Wio SCF platform.
    • Review KYB (Know Your Business), KYC (Know Your Customer), and other onboarding documents for accuracy and compliance.
    • Input relevant data points onto the SCF platform, upload supporting documents, and submit applications.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely account opening and completion of onboarding.
  • Supplier Onboarding
    • Execute supplier onboarding processes on the Wio SCF platform in line with the bank’s approved procedures.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and provide necessary guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Client Coordination & Training
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and go-live phases.
    • Conduct user setup and training sessions to ensure smooth platform adoption.
  • Portfolio Reporting & Analysis
    • Retrieve and analyze reports from the SCF platform to track portfolio metrics (e.g., utilization, financed invoices, revenue).
    • Prepare and deliver customized client reports, including finance and payment advice, on a weekly or ad-hoc basis.
  • Loan Repayment Monitoring
    • Monitor repayment schedules, track repayments and credits, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
    • Coordinate with clients regarding any discrepancies and ensure timely closure of loan accounts post repayment.
    • Work with the payments team to investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Business Proposal Preparation
    • Prepare business proposal reports for the credit team’s review.
    • Organize and maintain all client-related documents centrally on SharePoint.
  • Process Management & SOP Maintenance
    • Ensure that SCF Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
    • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to incorporate changes based on new product releases or process improvements.
Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding, credit operations, or a similar role (preferably within SCF or corporate banking).
  • Strong knowledge of KYB/KYC and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SCF platforms or similar systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
