Job Summary:The Licensee Auditor for Eastern Hemisphere is responsible for auditing and technical questions related to our licensee network in the Eastern Hemisphere, which includes Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim (SEAP), China, Europe, and Sub-Sahara Africa (ESSA), and CIS countries. This position also entail assistance to the Licensee Manager (EHO) to handle transactions for procurement of rentals & purchases for gauges and tooling as well as the follow up on Invoicing & Royalties. This position is based in Dubai.

Job Summary:The Licensee Auditor for Eastern Hemisphere is responsible for auditing and technical questions related to our licensee network in the Eastern Hemisphere, which includes Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim (SEAP), China, Europe, and Sub-Sahara Africa (ESSA), and CIS countries. This position also entail assistance to the Licensee Manager (EHO) to handle transactions for procurement of rentals & purchases for gauges and tooling as well as the follow up on Invoicing & Royalties. This position is based in Dubai.
Duties / Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role are to:
- Responsible for auditing licensees in the assigned area as required, which includes the responsibility for tracking and driving Audits Reports to closure under guidance of the Licensee Manager - Eastern Hemisphere.
- Responsible to keep Eastern Hemisphere Licensees audits up to date and schedule physical audits accordingly.
- Responsible for coordinating his/her travel to conduct Eastern Hemisphere Licensee audits as required.
- Communicate directly with Licensees located at Eastern Hemisphere to assure compliance to Grant Prideco requirements and procedures.
- Work with Gauge Lab as needed to resolve licensee gauge issues or concerns.
- Handling the procurement of the following transactions in the licensee management system
- Job Authorization (handling monthly royalty closing / invoicing)
- Uncomplete Jobs (checking closing of transactions)
- Procurement Rentals (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & invoicing)
- Procurement Tooling (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & Invoicing)
- Recalibration (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & Invoicing)
- Request Qualification (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & Invoicing)
- Submit QCS (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & invoicing)
- Ring and Plug Verification of Gauges (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & invoicing)
- Final Return of Gages (synching with gauge labs in the hemisphere & process orders through the system & invoicing)
- TDSS Blanks order processing
- Working in the system to keep licensee accounts updated. Verify and update all information.
- Communicates with our Licensee Network for all matters related to GP procedures, billing/invoices, royalty charges, rental & sales charges as well as supporting their procurement process with our Logistics department.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; additional advance education is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of manufacturing and inspection of drill pipe rotary shouldered connections.
- Gauge lab experience is a plus.
- Must have auditing experience in the oilfield market.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Inspection Procedures and Product Drawings.
- Ability to speak effectively in front of small groups presenting information and conveying audit results.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and of ERP system.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and self-reliant.
