We are seeking an experienced Life Safety Project Specification Engineer - Customer Facing to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in growing the business through Demand Creation of Life Safety solutions. The ideal candidate shall have a strong understanding of Electrical and Life Safety Systems, Design Principles & Life Safety Standards.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain open communication and establish trust with key consultants and end users.
• Work closely with the Designers & End users to prescribe Eaton’s Range of Emergency Lighting & Fire Systems.
• Identify new opportunities and play a vital role in shaping the commercial strategy.
• Plan Promotional Activities, Presentations and Training sessions for consultants & end users.
• Master Eaton’s Life Safety Systems product portfolio of Emergency Lighting & Fire Systems.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the regional product management team to enhance product acceptance and guide development plans.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and implement Demand creation plan to address the gaps.
• Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities.
• Update & Maintain Prequalification Documents & Design support tools.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience as Specification/Product Engineer within the electrical /life safety industry.
• Proven ability in Specifying Solutions with Major Designers & End users.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical /life safety systems, including Fire Alarm & Emergency lighting.
• Valid UAE driver's license is required.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
