  • Monitor guest activity in the pool area and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Respond promptly to any pool-related emergencies or incidents
  • Administer first aid and CPR when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool and surrounding areas
  • Conduct daily safety checks of the pool and safety equipment
  • Enforce pool rules and hotel safety policies professionally and courteously
  • Provide assistance to guests as needed, including towel service and general poolside support
  • Valid lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or similar setting preferred
  • Strong swimming skills and ability to remain alert and focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
