- Monitor guest activity in the pool area and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Respond promptly to any pool-related emergencies or incidents
- Administer first aid and CPR when required
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool and surrounding areas
- Conduct daily safety checks of the pool and safety equipment
- Enforce pool rules and hotel safety policies professionally and courteously
- Provide assistance to guests as needed, including towel service and general poolside support
- Valid lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Previous experience as a lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or similar setting preferred
- Strong swimming skills and ability to remain alert and focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
