Job description

Aspire Lifestyles Concierge (Arabic language skills at a native or professional level)


Role Overview: The incumbent is responsible for managing and fulfilling customer requests for both standard and high-profile Aspire Lifestyles clients via phone, email, and chat. Utilizing a variety of resources (Internet, team members, personal experience, partners, Aspire Lifestyles resources, etc.), the incumbent communicates responses promptly, professionally, and concisely, upholding the highest levels of customer service and quality.


Responsibilities: (Arabic language skills at a native or professional level)

  • Independently, and as part of a team, fulfill high-profile program client requests, Aspire Lifestyles demo requests, and other necessary requests from the home office via phone, email, chat, and other communication mediums.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion when serving as the primary touchpoint for escalated customer service issues and vendor communication.
  • Strive to leave the customer with a positive experience after every contact.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding requests.
  • Deliver services as per the contractual scope and positively communicate any limitations.
  • Establish relationships with customers, learning their likes and dislikes.
  • Initiate outbound calls in compliance with program needs and requirements.
  • Apply high-quality customer service guidelines when fulfilling customer requests.
  • Leverage current partners and utilize the Internet and other resources to fulfill requests.
  • Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely.
  • Represent clients’ brands in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to obtain new and pertinent information about clients and how to assist customers.
  • Use enterprise solutions and other sources to assist customers, enter pertinent customer data, and process required information.
  • Apply client and Group policies as applicable whenever interacting with customers.
  • Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • Arabic language skills at a native or professional level
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in travel/tourism, hospitality, retail, or hotel/guest services.
  • A keen interest in global lifestyle experiences (shopping, sports, culture, travel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
