The Role

As a Senior Producer at ASTUDIO, you’ll manage end-to-end production for high-profile luxury campaigns. From budgeting and scheduling to logistics and delivery, you’ll ensure each project runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets the highest creative and operational standards.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to for client inquiries and keep communication clear, fast, and focused
• Partner with the Executive Producer/Managing Partner on creative research and portfolio development
• Own production logistics: flights, accommodations, transport, props, and models
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, billing, freelancer coordination, and contracts
• Liaise with clients, build quotes, and keep production running like a Swiss watch
• Hire and manage top-tier freelance talent across regions
• Negotiate releases, secure dream locations, and keep spending in check
• Monitor profit/loss per project and maintain clean, clear documentation
• Uphold ASTUDIO’s standards in confidentiality, compliance, and safety

What You Bring

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in photo production or filmmaking
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage budgets
• Skilled in negotiation, casting, crew management, and art buying
• Good eye for detail and adaptability to evolving brand ideas
• Strong industry contacts and post-production knowledge
