Lobby Coffee Man - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

At InterContinental Abu Dhabi, we take pride in creating warm, welcoming moments for every guest who walks through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-driven Lobby Coffee Man to deliver exceptional coffee service in our lobby lounge and public areas.

As a Lobby Coffee Man, you will be the face of our lobby beverage service—crafting specialty coffees, serving guests with genuine hospitality, and elevating the overall guest experience through warm interactions and attention to detail.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Offer personalized, attentive service to guests in the lobby and public areas
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee station at all times
• Assist with replenishing supplies and ensuring proper stock levels
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Represent InterContinental’s values through exceptional guest engagement and presentation
  
  

What we need from you:

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation
• Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining service quality
• Professional grooming and a guest-focused attitude
• Arabic Speaking is preferred
