Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your Guest.

The Lobby Hostess is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front office operation within the Rooms Division

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Hostess in a front office Department.

Well-developed communication, Guest interaction and customer relations Skills.

Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and Micros systems will be an asset.
