Purpose and Objectives for the Role

The Admin Support role is a hands-on, versatile position that plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of Big Ticket’s logistics, vendor coordination, and site administration. The role includes physical logistics management, airport pass handling, office support, and assisting with event execution, particularly during high-traffic periods.

Overall Responsibilities

• Supervise the safe and secure movement of high-value consumables from warehouse/office to airport retail units.
• Manage vendor and third-party airport pass applications, including liaising with the airport pass office, collecting and distributing passes, and tracking returns.
• Support the E-Commerce team during busy or promotional periods, assisting with fulfilment and logistics.
• Assist the receptionist with facilities-related duties at BTHQ, including coordination with maintenance, cleaners, and supply management.
• Provide on-ground assistance during monthly draws, events, or campaign activations when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all admin and logistics processes.
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills across logistics and administrative tasks.
• Effective communication and follow-up with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience with basic inventory or logistics processes is preferred.
• Comfortable working in both office and operational environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing sensitive or high-value materials.
  
  

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma required; diploma or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations is a plus.
• Previous experience in an admin or logistics support role is preferred.
