Overview Of The Role

Are you a logistics professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to manage and optimize our automotive material flow, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-efficiency across our service departments

What You Will Do

• Prepare detailed and comprehensive Purchase Orders in the SAP system based on approved requirements.
• Complete System Goods Receipt (GR) entries accurately and submit them on time.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock reports.
• Monitor sales turnover closely to uphold healthy inventory levels.
• Circulate weekly ageing reports.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to identify potential liquidation opportunities.
• Track incoming shipments diligently and ensure prompt clearance from ports.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain stock accuracy with a goal of achieving 0% discrepancy in inventory records.
