- Coordinate and monitor the shipment of goods, ensuring timely delivery and tracking.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels, including regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Update and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the resolution of logistics-related issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to provide reports and insights for process improvement.
- Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned by the logistics manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to logistics challenges.
