As our Middle East Logistics Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth, timely, and accurate logistics operations across the AMET cluster and global plants in Switzerland and India. Your key responsibilities
- Manage Shipments and deliveries: Create, schedule, and execute shipments on time, monitoring end-to-end progress and resolving delays proactively.
- Ensure Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate shipping documents and adhere to company policies, local regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Customer & Business Coordination: Act as the main logistics contact for Middle East customers, collaborating with CX teams to meet requirements and provide updates.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Apply logistics best practices, track KPIs, and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Align with logistics teams and global plants (Turkey, India, Switzerland) and Customer experience, to ensure smooth integration and consistent standards.
- Vendor & Risk Management: Manage carriers and logistics partners, monitor performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies for critical shipments.

You bring
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation (ideally road) with a strong global logistics or logistics operations background.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, shipment scheduling, and documentation & compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French and Arabic are a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage regional complexity, and align with Turkey operations and AMET cluster objectives.
- Business mindset with proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
