Logistics Coordinator - Transport & Logistics

The Role
Key Skills & Experience: • Strong experience in coordinating import & export shipments • Expertise in dealing with shipping lines for: • Vessel bookings • Shipping Instructions (SI) submission • BL confirmation and amendments • Efficient Delivery Order (DO) follow-up with shipping lines and agents • Hands-on experience with DP World (Dubai Trade / CARGOES / Rosoom): • DO updates • BOE (Bill of Entry) pass follow-up • Gate pass coordination • Coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters • Customer handling for both imports and export operations • Shipment tracking and timely status updates to customers • Documentation handling: • BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO • Manifest checks and compliance • Good understanding of UAE customs procedures • Ability to resolve delays, demurrage, and documentation issues
