Job Brief:

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage local dispatches within the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience handling logistics operations, a strong understanding of incoterms, and knowledge of documentation for dangerous goods. Prior experience in the chemical manufacturing or trading industry is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage local dispatches to Saudi Arabia and within the United Arab Emirates.
• Handle logistics operations for Jebel Ali Free Zone, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments while maintaining efficiency in operations.
• Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth dispatch processes.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for handling and transporting dangerous goods.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to hazardous material shipments.
• Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock movement.
• Address logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies and provide solutions proactively.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of INCO terms and international shipping regulations.
• Experience in handling logistics operations within the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
• Understanding of documentation and regulatory requirements for dangerous goods.
• Experience in the chemical manufacturing or trading industry is preferred.
