Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in logistics coordination and supply chain management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and pays close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to clients and internal departments
• Liaise with transportation companies, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement
• Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service efficiency
• Prepare logistics reports and provide analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
