Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for document preparation for export orders from LEVANT countries and coordinate with logistics companies, timely tracking shipments and timely updating related departments.
Communicate and prepare documents with the logistics company's warehouse and internal warehouse.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the documents, as well as the proper management of the documents.
Update the logistics import and export summary form in a timely manner and send it to the department head.
Estimated logistics costs and control costs.
Reconciliation with logistics companies every month to ensure the accuracy of logistics costs.
At the end of the month check the inventory of the existing warehouse with finance department to ensure that the goods are consistent with the finance books of account.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements
At least 3 - 5years logistics work experience, with valid UAE driving license.
Familiar with logistics processes, skilled in using computer and office.
Good spoken and written English.
Good communication and execution skills.
Familiar with corporate culture, service awareness and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, with certain planning organization, coordination and teamwork spirit.
Familiar with the import and export process of related goods, familiar with customs clearance requirements.
Familiar with key indicators such as sea, land and air routes, costs, and transportation duration.
