LPM Analyst (Loan Portfolio Management)
- Assist in requirement gathering for the development of LPM system
- Assist in the data cleansing activity of the facilities to be fed in the LPM system
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, accuracy and reliability of the developed systems and modules and timely reporting of defects.
- A good understanding of the credit analysis is mandatory to assume a “maker” role in LPM system to create and test the Covenant Trackers:
- Review facility documents (example LMA) and check the terms of the facility for IB clients (Corporates, GREs, SWF, FIs).
- Review the various waivers and amendment requests received from the Agent or the Borrowers/ Coverage Team.
- Highlight any early warning signals from the latest financials, covenant compliance certificate and any other sources of news.
- Assist LPM team to seek necessary information while conducting the annual review of the facility.
- Conducting periodic review of document deficiency including any security/collateral held in LPM portfolio.
