As an Aroma360 Luxury Sales Consultant you are a confident brand ambassador who delivers personalized, appointment-level service, builds long-term client relationships and consistently exceeds sales KPIs. This role focuses on high-ticket sales— you will close paid-in-full sales, and curate client experiences that reflect our premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an Aroma360 ambassador: welcome clients, deliver a curated consultative experience and manage follow-ups and appointments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs; accurately track performance and pipeline.
- Manage high-value transactions and contracts (closing paid-in-full sales, structuring monthly/recurring agreements).
- Develop and maintain a client book; proactively prospect, convert and reactivate clients.
- Maintain immaculate boutique standards — grooming, visual merchandising and adherence to Aroma360 presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to execute store initiatives, events and clienteling campaigns.
- Stay product-expert: advise on scent solutions, technical setup and aftercare to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and UAE public holidays.
- Proven luxury/high-ticket retail or B2C contract sales experience (3+ years preferred), ideally within premium lifestyle, fragrance, home or experiential retail.
- Demonstrable track record of closing large paid-in-full sales and selling contracts.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and clienteling skills.
- Professional presentation and a service-first mindset — impeccable grooming and boutique conduct.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian or another additional language is a strong advantage.
- UAE work authorization and/or visa sponsorship will be provided.
- 96,000 AED yearly base salary plus performance-based commission.
