About The Role

Unified Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on expertise in Jupyter Notebooks to support healthcare AI initiatives. You will play a critical role in transforming medical data into intelligent insights and deploy ML models that impact real-world clinical decisions across diagnostics, triage, and forecasting use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune ML models for healthcare domains such as diagnostics, patient triage, and clinical forecasting.
• Preprocess and analyze structured/unstructured medical data (EHRs, lab results, imaging metadata).
• Use Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory data analysis (EDA), model development, and visualization.
• Document and share reproducible, well-commented notebooks with stakeholders.
• Build production-ready models using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to ensure secure and compliant data operations.
• Deploy models in production environments and iterate based on feedback and monitoring.
• Use cloud-based notebooks (e.g., Google Colab, Azure Notebooks, or JupyterHub) for collaborative development.
• Communicate findings via rich visual reports and notebook presentations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in ML with a strong emphasis on Jupyter Notebooks.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Strong command over ML concepts, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment frameworks, and version control (Git).
• Experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Previous exposure to healthcare datasets or medical AI projects is a plus.
