Position
Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all kind of maintenance activities for the smooth operation of all equipment and production with right quality, timely review / replacement of parts and tools within allotted budget, while complying with safety and HSE guidelines.

Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all kind of maintenance activities for the smooth operation of all equipment and production with right quality, timely review / replacement of parts and tools within allotted budget, while complying with safety and HSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the plant and operational areas for smooth manufacturing Operations.
- Prepare and execute preventive and reactive plant maintenance plans
- Oversee scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance work
- Maintain performance levels of equipment with the least possible down-time for production lines
- Ensure utility cost as per budget and Deliver Capex projects on time, within budget
- Control the spare parts inventory and ensure optimum utilization
- Define order and re-order levels of required maintenance materials and supplies.
- Responsible to ensure maximum utilization of resources with minimum time, risk, and expenses to the company
- Ensure that the team safety meetings are held regularly, PTW, LOTO, GMP & other company policies are followed by all team members.
- Propose & implement initiatives that enhance companies ESG goals & reduce carbon emissions.
- Develop programs to improve the technical skills, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 6-8 years relevant experience in FMCG industry in a similar role
- Understanding of quality control measures and standards
- Knowledge of factory and beverage production lines
- Interpersonal and good communication skills in English.
- Project Management and Line Management skills
