Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling, planning, and execution of maintenance activities
- Developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules.
- Coordinating with various departments to prioritize and plan maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Administration of annual maintenance contracts.
- Co-ordination of third part appointed maintenance contractors.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Preparing maintenance reports and documentation for management review.
- An engineering diploma or degree.
- Relevant certifications in maintenance planning or related areas may be beneficial.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with maintenance management systems and software.
