Role Purpose
Lead and supervise maintenance teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client satisfaction across assigned sites.

Lead and supervise maintenance teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensure safety compliance, and maintain client satisfaction across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and train technicians to improve performance and service quality.
- Enforce health and safety standards at all times.
- Report technical issues and support corrective actions.
- Manage client relationships and ensure service requests are met.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Monitor third-party contractors to ensure compliance with standards.
- Control petty cash for urgent spare parts (up to AED 2,000).
- Diploma in Engineering or Certification in HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical (preferred).
- Valid UAE Driver’s License.
- 8+ years’ maintenance experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of building systems and HSE standards.
- Client-focused, proactive, and organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client satisfaction on managed sites.
- On-time completion of maintenance schedules.
- Accurate and updated preventive/corrective records.
- Improved team performance and efficiency.
