Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, refrigeration units (freezers, chillers), and commercial kitchen equipment such as grill machines, ovens, and other appliances.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, refrigeration units (freezers, chillers), and commercial kitchen equipment such as grill machines, ovens, and other appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, ducted ACs, and chillers.
- Perform routine servicing and troubleshooting of freezers, chillers, refrigerators, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in appliances and AC systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Kitchen Equipment Technician.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in maintaining commercial kitchen appliances.
- Knowledge of gas and electrical equipment servicing.
