About The Role:

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will support the governance of commercial practices and assist in the execution and measurement of Key Accounts online and offline activities. This role will focus on learning and contributing to key initiatives through the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Key Account Managers and Comex & Brand Managers for eCom assets.
  • Help manage E-com Exclusive SKUs and compile sales data for integration into Power BI.
  • Support the calculation of Return on Investment (ROI) for Key Account activities.
  • Gather market feedback from customer-facing teams.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date agreements with Key Accounts and Distributors.
  • Track and document debit notes and Point of Sales Materials execution.
  • Maintain a tracker for expiries and validate documentation for Undertaking Letters (UTLs).
  • Tracking account & store wise progress Perfect store results and distribution.
  • Identifying opportunities and following up with sale team.


Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in FMCG or sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
