About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Architecture, to join the Architecture and Spatial Design team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Managing design activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah’s brand identity and design standards.
• Support the review of design packages, layouts, FF&E selections, and materials, while preparing and maintaining accurate briefs, trackers, and documentation.
• Work closely with internal departments and external consultants to resolve design-related issues and ensure seamless integration of feedback.
• Participate in site inspections and mock-up reviews, documenting observations and supporting timely follow-up and decision-making.
• Research trends, materials, and suppliers, and assist in sourcing distinctive design elements to enhance project creativity and quality.
• Prepare compelling design presentations and ensure all submissions meet brand guidelines, acting as a guardian of Jumeirah’s design vision.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong capabilities in design documentation and space planning.
• Skilled in developing layouts that enhance guest experience, spatial efficiency, and operational flow across hospitality or high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Over 4 years in a design role, with a proven track record and a strong portfolio demonstrating successful luxury or high-end design projects.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments, with solid skills in milestone tracking and quality assurance.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills supporting teamwork and effective consultant coordination.
