This role is responsible for implementing, and communicating innovative benefits and recognition programmes that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller, capable of translating data and insights into powerful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller, capable of translating data and insights into powerful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Accountabilities
Benefits strategy and execution
- Design and manage competitive employee benefits programmes aligned with Etihad’s Total Rewards philosophy and regional benchmarks.
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the employee benefit insurance space in collaboration with HR business partners.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.) and external vendors to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to recommend enhancements to existing offerings, based on data and analytics.
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations that bring benefits strategies to life.
- Present proposals and programme outcomes to senior leadership, securing buy-in and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop visually engaging PowerPoint decks and executive summaries tailored to different audiences.
- Manage cross-functional projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure governance and documentation of all benefits policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Policies team.
- Review and update Intranet content for constant alignment with published policies and procedures.
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or certification in employee benefit insurance is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits with a strong insurance focus, preferably within large, matrixed organisations.
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, or global organisations is highly desirable.
