About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Brand Experience Management to join the Brand & Digital Marketing team in Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand initiatives aligned with the 2030 strategy, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Drive the development and execution of unique guest experiences (Brand Rituals & Brand Code), working closely with hotel operations to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
- Support the rollout of Brand Governance verticals and strategic frameworks, including Brand Success Measures and Quality Squads, ensuring alignment with global and market-specific brand goals.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create training content and materials for brand programs and support ongoing education efforts across regions and properties.
- Engage the Brand Champion Community through events and regular communication, while ensuring brand updates and values are embedded across hotel teams and operations.
- Contribute to brand performance monitoring, provide actionable insights, manage relevant budgets, and support the achievement of brand, team, and business unit goals.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, with strong English proficiency, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects from start to finish, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Minimum of 5 years in brand management or operations within hospitality, luxury, or travel sectors; international experience and familiarity with hotel operations, brand strategy, and L&D are highly valued.
- Strong team player with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and global vendors or stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a solid grasp of brand development, measurement, and marketing strategy.
