Manager Business Analysis (UAE National Only)

Synopsis



Leads a team in gathering business intelligence and advanced data analysis in order to provide relevant information and knowledge in support of planning, decision making and the optimization of Etihad’s digital platforms. The role designs, builds and manages data visualization programs (including dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports) with the objective to increase conversion rate, improve self-service adoption rates and better user experience across all transactional platforms.

Accountabilities

• Develop the business intelligence and analytics strategy to achieve department objectives
• Work with stakeholders to identify needs, use cases, priorities and define plans / projects for the implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions to support the operations requirements
• Continuously develop the business intelligence analytics operating model in compliance with relevant policies to optimize performance and resource utilization
• Identify questions and issues with data quality and develop relevant programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers
• Generate periodic dashboards which gives a snapshot of the key KPI’s for the departmental objectives
• Accountable for developing and implementing regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) across key metrics
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting and database management
