Job Description

Previous experience working on Data Centre and or large projects is essential. The successful applicant will have good project management skills along with a good understanding of multi-disciplined projects.


  • Ideally hold a recognized qualification related to MEP and/or Design Management.
  • Have at least 8 years’ experience of working in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Have good knowledge of construction and MEP systems that preferably relate to critical systems and infrastructure
  • Highly experienced in delivering high end quality management of projects to client satisfaction
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office and ACAD (preferable) and other software related systems
  • Able to fully develop and manage the end to end management process related to the data center design
  • Be highly competent in managing project issues to successful closure
  • Capable of delivering to set design and project quality criteria within the costs constraints as applied to the works
  • Preference if candidates can demonstrate a complete ability to develop programmes and trackers for design works
