About The Role

Atlantis Dubai is one of the regional leaders in marketing, underpinned by its commitment to digital transformation, innovation, and the adoption of world-leading enterprise technology solutions. These include Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium CDP, Content Square, Ampliance and Litmus. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be leading a team of 5 members who work across the entire digital eco-system - Rooms, Waterpark and F&B brand websites, Atlantis Dubai & Circle apps, digital signage, In-Room TV system and CRM email creation.

In this role, a deep working knowledge of SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and omni channel content management is required to be successful. You must also be comfortable with technical aspects of website development. We are looking for an Atlantean with a positive attitude, motivated and willing to jump in to make the most of this opportunity.

Other key aspects of the role will include the coordination of daily team operations and management across Atlantis.com, Aquaventureworld.com and branded F&B websites, as well as Atlantis Apps, resort wide digital signage and in room TV system. You will also be fully responsible for the organic search landscape: SEO, Google Things to Do and Google Business Listings, and the management & configuration of our Rooms, Waterpark, F&B and Spa booking engines and customer booking journeys, as well as the implementation of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) program through content personalisation and A/B testing. You will utilise a digital asset management (DAM) tool to feed all digital channels, manage and drive multi-language content coordination, plus derive advanced insight from website journeys using GA 360, Content Square and internal website reporting tools, and report on key website metrics to measure success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum 5 + years’ experience in SEO and CRO strategies, plus experience in an enterprise level CMS and CRM solution are an advantage, as well as experience in ContentSquare and Dynamic Yield tools. Knowledge of performance marketing is also an advantage for this role, as well as high comfort level in a role that straddles marketing, IT, commercial and operational teams.

The successful candidate will also have experience in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities and be fluent in English along with excellent oral and written communication skills. You will have strong presentation skills to educate internal audiences with digital & data related matters. It is also essential that you have experience in managing teams with a focus on coordinating and prioritising team requests and workflow.
