Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery while aligning operational activities with company goals.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology/Telecom industry, Construction & Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
