About The Role
The Manager, HR Operations plays a pivotal role in streamlining and elevating the HR landscape within our Resort by managing the full spectrum of day-to-day HR activities. This comprehensive role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from crafting enriching experiences for employees from their onboarding journey to their departure. Key duties include but are not limited to managing onboarding processes, ensuring smooth offboarding, maintaining compliance, optimizing HR systems, and meticulously managing colleague data and files.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Manager will also supervise various HR assignments, programs, and processes related to HR Operations within the Resort ecosystem. This position requires a close collaboration with other HR functions and business units to provide consistent and high-quality HR support to our colleagues.
About You
The role requires at least five years of experience in Human Resources Operations with proven team leadership, along with strong organizational, communication and writing abilities. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, demonstrated process improvement capability, and skills in project and change management are all advantageous. An international background is preferred for the global perspective it brings, while a professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
