- Responsible to prepare the Group Audit and Risk Committee materials and carry out Audit Committee activities.
- Contribute in managing the Internal Audit Activity governance activities (structure, Charters, Strategy, Expenditures, etc.) and ensure alignment with the required standards and organizational objectives.
- Plan and manage risk assessment exercises and planned engagements, while following up on remediation of the organization management action plan.
- Monitor the internal audit activities (planning, engagement, follow up, etc.) in line with the defined frameworks, standards, requirements.
- Support Group Internal Audit team to develop and execute internal audit plans, strategic initiatives and enhancements such as systems, data analytics, etc.
- Foster the relationships with the internal and external stakeholders to provide insights into the effectiveness of internal controls and risks management.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties and ensure to answer any request (such as ad-hoc, investigation, inspection) received from the management.
- Review, supervise and represent internal audit reports to the Group Chief Audit Executive highlighting findings, status, recommendations, and action plans.
- Supervise audit staff on the different engagements.
- Support in new projects planned/engaged by the corporate.
- Provide advice and consulting activities based on management request.
- Participate in the clusters’ committee and provide the support to corporate or clusters when needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- A recognized certification such as CIA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CISA, CMA, or equivalent is highly recommended.
