JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Coordination And Publication
- Ensure content is published according to rights agreements and release schedules.
- Manage the delivery of content across national and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Coordinate with Opcos to align content plans with their specific requirements and goals. Strategically plan content acquisition and scheduling to meet market demands, both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee the creation and updating of detailed metadata to enhance content discoverability. Ensure metadata accuracy and consistency across all content offerings, optimizing user experience.
- Review, organize, and edit content in collaboration with UI/UX teams to optimize positioning and relevance. Maintain high standards of content quality and relevance for a diverse audience.
- Monitor key performance metrics and user interactions to inform content strategy and decisions.
- Analyze data to optimize content offerings for different markets, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
- Manage the onboarding process for new national and international customers, ensuring a smooth setup of content delivery systems, including TV channels, VOD content, and metadata.
- Ensure the content delivery pipeline is efficient and meets customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage compliance with licensing agreements and rights management.
- Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee the localization and subtitling process for different regional markets, ensuring translations and adaptations are accurate and culturally relevant.
- Manage the quality and effectiveness of localized content to enhance audience engagement.
- Implement and manage security measures and Digital Rights Management (DRM) protocols to protect content from unauthorized access.
- Ensure content integrity and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless content delivery across all platforms.
- Address and resolve cross-functional challenges to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall content delivery performance.
- Proven experience in content operations, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of content rights, compliance, and digital content delivery systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with metadata management, content editing, and localization processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree on related field.
