Aldar Education is currently seeking an outstanding Manager - Marketing (Temporary position) to join our team immediately.

This role is crucial in positioning each new school as a top educational choice, developing and implementing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique value propositions, curriculum offerings, and facilities of the new campuses. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, digital marketing, and communications, to develop targeted campaigns, generate leads, and nurture prospective families through the enrollment journey. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and enrollment data to inform marketing strategies and ensure competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

Main Duties

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for each new school launch, clearly highlighting the school’s USPs and setting measurable ROI goals.
  • Create targeted campaigns to generate awareness and drive enrollments specific to new school openings.
  • Oversee production and distribution of all launch-related marketing collateral, coordinating with both HQ and new school teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage launch-specific advertising campaigns, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to attract prospective families.
  • Create and publish launch-focused marketing materials across all channels, aligning with the new school’s vision and value proposition.
  • Strategize and implement promotional campaigns and events designed to build excitement and brand presence for the new schools.
  • Support lead generation efforts, working with external agencies to enhance visibility for new schools and track campaign performance.
  • Assist in setting budgets, enrollment targets, and pricing strategies tailored to each new school’s market positioning.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of launch-related marketing activities, providing insights to optimize future school openings.
  • Manage budgets for new school marketing campaigns and events, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis specific to each new school’s market area, including mystery shopping to assess local offerings and refine our positioning.
  • Craft compelling copy for marketing materials focused on new school launches, including brochures, press releases, website updates, and launch announcements.


Specific Duties

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Work closely with Principals to ensure the schools USPs are understood and clearly communicated to their target demographic
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • analyse marketing funnels, design communication strategies, and utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess the performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on such insights
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points as well as optimize funnels
  • Support strategic initiatives ideation through digital marketing and media planning
  • Work cross-functionally to develop communication plans and media schedules
  • Support media and display ads operation during campaign period by co-working with Marketing Campaign Planning and Category Management Team
  • Follow-up with artwork production and prepare materials for posting and rotating ads banners, broadcast messages, and other media display through internal and external media
  • Monitor and help manage sellers’ feedback and interaction across media channels
  • Perform quality control of all contents related to campaign activities, which will be launched in every media channel
  • Work across the team and collaborate with agencies to produce effective activities
  • Oversee marketing material, landing pages, banners to hard copy brochures and
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Create Campaigns copy in both languages
  • Design and deliver scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value added content that is suited to clients’ and prospects’ needs as well as interests
  • Support integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing.


Minimum Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the region
  • Marketing experience is required
  • Experience in the Education sector is preferred
  • Effective analytic and quantitative skills and ability to use data to develop and measure planning and programming strategies
  • Agency experience is preferred

  • Native Arabic and Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
