About the Role

As the Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will be at the forefront of implementing strategic and operational marketing plans that align with M42’s overall business objectives for Zayed Military Hospital in Sharjah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of marketing, communications, and promotional activities, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all channels. You'll be instrumental in enhancing the reputation of both the Zayed Military Hospital in Sharjah and M42 while fostering impactful engagement with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement marketing and communications plans and public relations strategies aligned with M42’s strategic goals.
• Manage the execution of marketing activities, including brand marketing, media relations, corporate communications, events, campaigns, and social media.
• Supervise content creation in English and Arabic for all communication channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets to support thought leadership and strategic advertising.
• Work with Business Development teams to drive community engagement programs that enhance M42’s brand reputation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and improve communication strategies for diverse demographics.
• Regularly report research findings to senior management to support continuous improvement in marketing initiatives.
