Job Purpose
Lead the analysis of partner needs and expectations and develop the systems, policies, strategies, and plans required to manage and grow RTA’s partnerships.
Key Results & Accountabilities
- Prepare strategic and annual action plans with local partners; measure mutual benefits and returns.
- Identify government-sector partners, define relationship scope, and ensure alignment with RTA activities.
- Review and finalize MoUs in line with RTA policies; manage approvals and signing protocols.
- Translate RTA strategic goals into integrated yearly plans that drive performance.
- Engage proactively to strengthen relationships and RTA’s market credibility and reputation.
- Establish an Authority-wide approach to partnership relations and coordinate across sections.
- Co-develop policies, regulations, and procedures for partnership management.
- Measure partnership methodology impact via surveys/indicators; refine approaches accordingly.
- Track corrective actions and review periodic reports from concerned departments.
- Develop and implement policies/processes to enhance relationships with local partners.
- Build an integrated partnership plan aligned to RTA strategic objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Communications (recognized university).
- 10 years’ related experience.
- Strong planning/organizational skills; analytical thinker; problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship-builder and team player.
- Proficient across common business software applications.
