Role Overview
Manage projects within People and Development sector, gather requirements, and ensure smooth execution. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to people and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects in the People and Development sector such as Human Capital transformation, system enhancements and transformation or any ad hoc projects assigned by the Executive Director.
- Coordinate with functions within the People and Development sector to develop KPIs, track their achievements, and periodically report their status to management.
- Oversee the development of the People and Development budget, monitor cashflow, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with DoF financial processes and guidelines in collaboration with other divisions.
- Support the definition and delivery of the People and Development annual plan in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track projects progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient execution.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress and outcomes to the Executive Director.
- Manage the annual people and development audit exercise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the People and Development team and internal/external auditors, ensuring any identified gaps are closed before the audit cycle.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across other departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment in projects and initiatives.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of people and development programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose initiatives and development programs based on the needs of the People and Development functions.
- Provide the necessary support to the line manager and perform any other related tasks assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- A professional certificate in project management, such as PMP, is preferable.
