The Manager – People Growth & Development leads learning, talent, and employee development initiatives, and supports recognition, engagement, and culture programmes in alignment with organisational priorities. The role requires a subject matter expert in learning and talent with a strong track record of delivery, who brings a passion for people development, an interest in the future of work, and a drive to introduce innovative and practical solutions.

The role requires a subject matter expert in learning and talent with a strong track record of delivery, who brings a passion for people development, an interest in the future of work, and a drive to introduce innovative and practical solutions.
Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Identify organisational capability needs and define learning pathways for technical, functional, and leadership roles.
- Design and deliver blended learning programmes in collaboration with subject matter experts and external providers.
- Manage learning platforms and tools, including scheduling, reporting, and content curation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a talent management framework that supports succession planning, career progression, and internal mobility.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and line managers to identify and support high-potential talent.
- Facilitate regular talent reviews and integrate development planning into the performance management cycle.
- Support the creation of development plans aligned to individual and business needs.
- Support the implementation of engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and listening strategies.
- Coordinate employee recognition programmes that reflect business values and support motivation.
- Contribute to activities that embed Presight’s culture and support a positive, inclusive employee experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training participation, talent profiles, and development plans within HR systems.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning and development programmes.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior stakeholders on programme impact and workforce development.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and internal policy requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or organisational development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing organisation-wide learning and talent strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with learning platforms and digital tools.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in future of work trends and emerging learning methodologies.
