Manager (Projects Delivery) - Dubai DET

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Cost Competitiveness Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that support Dubai’s D33 agenda and drive economic growth and sustainability. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, adopting innovative practices, optimizing resources, and delivering financial insights through advanced modeling.

The role requires expertise in project management, financial modeling, and cost optimization, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes that enhance economic competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Financial Modeling highly desirable.
• 6–9 years’ project management experience in economic development, cost optimization, or efficiency projects.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and strategically aligned.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana) and financial modeling software.
• Experience in enhancing economic competitiveness, ideally within contexts similar to Dubai.
