About The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Manager, Taxation reporting to the Senior Manager, Taxation. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive transfer pricing framework and managing Pillar 2 compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust transfer pricing framework aligned with global operations.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Take ownership of Pillar 2 compliance, managing global calculation models and monitoring deliverables.
• Conduct intercompany pricing analysis and collaborate with finance to align strategies.
• Provide strategic tax advisory to senior management and internal teams.
• Support audit processes and resolve disputes with tax authorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ACA, CTA, or similar are preferred.
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing, including policy development, compliance, and audit defense.
• Expertise and experience in international tax and indirect tax as part of career highly desirable.
• In-house tax experience leading tax projects and compliance in a multinational required.
• Strong understanding of international tax, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS framework, and Pillar 2 requirements.
• Strong technical (IFRS, LGAAP) and tax accounting (e.g. Deferred Tax) proficiency is required.
• Experience with M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
